Some activities today compiled by 2nd year tutor Ruth to offer students some opportunities and ideas for connecting with themselves, and focusing on mental and emotional well-being. Fittingly for the day that’s in it, most of the tasks can be done from the comfort of the couch, and range from journaling prompts and mindful drawing videos to guided meditation and live animal watch cams.
