Anne joined Sandymount Park ETSS in November 2018. She is the Guidance Counsellor and also supports our students with additional learning needs. She graduated from Maynooth University with a degree in German and Sociology and taught German and SPHE for many years. After completing her Post Grad in Limerick University in Guidance and Counselling in 2009 she moved into the role of Guidance Counsellor. She has completed training in CBT, Reality Therapy, Mediation and Conflict Resolution and Restorative Practice.
Anne coordinates the Student Council and the ‘Allies’, a student group responsible for running Stand Up, Kindness and Diversity activities throughout the school. She is enthusiastic and passionate about her work and obtains great fulfilment from assisting students with achieving their full potential.
